@arryinseattle and I went to a wedding recently. A very good friend of mine, @haroldlee finally found his dream girl. They look great together and I wish them all the love and happiness in the world. As the old toast goes, I hope that their wedding day becomes the day they love each other the least over the course of their life together.
And I am reminded of what Gene @g2agency told me a long time ago about marriage that has stuck with me. I rarely speak of it. But it’s been there like permanent graffiti in my mind when I think about love, and marriage, and relationships. It goes something like this here: When a man finds the love of his life, he wants her to stay that way forever. When a woman finds the love of her life, she sees what future possibilities there are for him. In reality, over time, the man doesn’t change all that much. And the woman constantly changes. It might be a truth that is mentioned a lot, but I never really hear much about it. So whoever came up with it, please let me know so I can give full credit.

It was me. I didn't get it from anyone else but my own personal experience and observation.
